How far in advanced do i need to place my delivery order?
Orders will be processed once payment is completed. The earliest to fulfil your orders will be 2 working days.
When can you delivery my order?
You can select between our afternoon slot or evening slot between Tuesday to Sunday
Afternoon Slot (10am - 12pm)
Evening Slot (6pm - 8pm)
What are your payment modes available?
Currently, we only accept debit/credit card payment via our website.
What are the delivery fees?
For orders below $198, there is a delivery fee of $10.
Can i cancel my orders?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept cancellation nor returns.
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within the same day from receiving your order.
However, we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
Do you provide cash on delivery services?
Currently we do not provide such services.
Where can you deliver?
We delivery islandwide in Singapore except for Changi Airport, Changi Aviation Center and Jurong Island.

How are your frozen items packed and delivered?
For our frozen items, it will be packed with ice packed and kept chilled. However, please ensure that someone will be around at your selected timing to receive the items. Should there be an event that no one is around for collection, our delivery team would place the item outside your delivery address. Please kindly place an ice box or cooler bag with ice packs outside your house should you require our drivers to leave the item in it.
What are the Special items delivery?
As Uni are airflown daily, these special items might be delivered separately from your orders due to the uncertainty of the shipment. We will inform you in advance should there be any changes to your original delivery date.
What if the wrong address is given for delivery?
Should the address be incorrect as per the order details input during your ordering. There will be a re-delivery charge of $10. If the re-delivery fee is not paid, we will have the rights to dispose the item.
Do you accept any cancellation of modification of orders?
As our items are perishables , we do not accept any cancellation. However, should you require any modifications of orders , please let us know at least 24 hours in advance before your scheduled delivery timing.
How do we store the products?
For our frozen/chill items, please freeze/chill the products immediately upon receipt.
